Google

A partnership between itslearning, Europe's most widely used learning platform, and Google for Education was  announced recently, enabling teachers to plan, deliver, communicate and engage.

The partnership will also allow educators to formatively assess student learning against academic goals, all within one platform, in any location and from any device.

Not-for-profit LGfL (London Grid for Learning) has joined forces with Google and Neverware to provide free of charge to its 3,500 community of schools Neverware’s CloudReady operating system, which enables schools to revitalize their old hardware, save money and accelerate their technology plans by giving students the same simple and secure computing experience as can be obtained on a Chromebook.

Every educator knows that technology is a crucial part of developing 21st-century skills. But teaching technology can at times be dry and uncreative. One of the most effective ways we’ve found to ignite student interest in this subject, is to use technology as a means of bringing immersive, collaborative projects to life.
