12 students from Chancellors School in Brookmans Park, Hertfordshire, raised over £2,000 for the Royal Veterinary College charity, the Animal Care Trust (ACT), helping them to fund a vital piece of veterinary equipment. The money was raised as part of the Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council’s annual Dragons Apprentice Challenge, in which students were tasked with turning £100 into £1000 (or more) for local charities.
