What better way to celebrate International Men's Day and Anti-Bullying Week, than by inspiring and engaging a room full of teenage boys, helping them to challenge stereotypes and misconceptions, tackle bullying and grow their confidence and self-esteem? Rocking Ur Teens teamed up with Thomson Reuters to do just that at its one-day energetic and interactive event for 13 and 14-year-old boys on Monday.

A private girls’ school which recently celebrated achieving some of the strongest GCSE results in Suffolk welcomed boys across the school for the first time on Wednesday 5th September.

Boys have joined Ipswich High School (previously Ipswich High School for Girls) throughout the Prep School and Sixth Form as they move towards becoming a co-educational via the ‘Diamond Model’ of education.

On her 90th birthday, Her Majesty The Queen (a cardboard cut-out at least) gave the royal seal approval at the gala opening of a new courtyard at St Mary’s Lower School, Copford, Colchester. 

The whole school and invited guests enjoyed a street party in the new courtyard, which links the main teaching building to the drama studio block at the school, for girls aged four to 11 and boys aged three to four.
