School leavers, celebrate in style at DoubleTree by Hilton Swindon!

The academic year may be barely half a term old, but if you're organising your school's summer 2019 leavers Prom, now is the time to start planning ahead.

The first step is to book the venue. And, with its modern decor and comfortable surroundings, the DoubleTree by Hilton Swindon offers the perfect backdrop to your event.

Booking early guarantees your first choices of date and venue, while many young people want months to prepare and to save up for that special dress.

This stylish hotel has various prom packages to create a special evening. School leavers can mark the end of this special stage of their lives with options for a two-course set dinner for £18 a head or three courses for just £22 per person. There’s also the chance to add a welcome drink as part of the package.

These could include an alcohol-free mocktail at £3.50 each, or an orange juice for just £2.50 a head. Alternatively, grab 10 cans of Coke, Diet Coke, Fanta or Sprite for £20 a bucket, or 10 bottles of J20 apple and mango or orange and passionfruit for £25.

The hotel has ample room for large parties, with the Lydiard Suite, for example, able to accommodate up to School leavers, celebrate in style at DoubleTree by Hilton Swindon!300 people or a whole year group.

Meanwhile, free Wi-Fi means photographs can be uploaded instantly on social media and there’s also space for additional features such as a photographer, photo booth and a separate room for the drinks reception.

General manager Adam Flint said: “The school leavers prom has become so important in recent years. It’s a magical night, a real rite of passage that will create memories to last a lifetime. We can help create the perfect prom evening that’s remembered for all the right reasons in a stylish yet relaxed atmosphere.

“And while it may seem early to book a summer event, it really isn’t. Book now and your leavers can start to look forward to it.”

The hotel is just a short distance from Swindon’s town centre, and easy for Junction 16 of the M4, in the picturesque Wiltshire countryside.
